Please take reasonable care of this item. You should feel free to examine the item as you would in a shop. Do not use the item once you have decided to return it.
What to do if you change your mind and no longer want the purchase?
You can cancel this purchase within 14 days after you have received the item. Please note that we do not accept cancellations on custom-made items and pierced jewellery (due to hygienic reasons).
If you have already received the item, you must return it unworn, unwashed and undamaged to the address we provide. Items should be returned in their original and re-saleable conditions (no missing parts, no dents or scratches or odours). After we get your package, we would issue a full refund for your purchase, including original postage within 7 business days. You are responsible for return postage costs. We will not charge any restocking fees or other administration fees.
