Rassilon was the legendary founding Father of Time Lord Society on Gallifreyan. In Gallifreyan lore, rassilon was the Wise Lawgiver about whom there are many myths and legends. The myth establishes him as a man of great passions as well as being a leading scientist within Gallifreyan's scientist elite. He is credited with replacing a culture of superstition and magic with an age of science and reason.

Collaborating with Omega he developed the technology that would make his people Lords of Time but, as a consequences, Gallifreyan was plunged into a series of conflicts across time and space. The greatest of his legends lies in the mystery of his death and the belief that he achieved the secret of perpetual regeneration - true immortality unfettered by the restraints of Gallifreyan technology. The Seal of Rassilon was a symbol of power, utilised by Rassilon during the war against the great vampires and against the old ones. The Seal was frequently used a symbol of identification for the Time Lords and was also to be an ancient symbol for warding of evil.

Made of high quality excelsior pewter. Double sided design.

Black cord option comes with an approx. 36 inch or 91.44 cm cord and a (lead free) pewter accent bead with laminated ends.

Chain option comes with a 2 mm flat link stainless steel chain of either 18 , 20 , 22 inch standard length or a 18 inch chain with an extension up to 4 inches ( 22 inch total ) in length for more flexibility and a lead free pewter accent bead. Wear them with or without bead!
