The three Ladies of Avalon were: the sorceress and healer Queen Morgan le Fay, of the mystic isle of Avalon in the faerie other world, and the queens of Norgales and the Wastelands. They came to Morgan's brother King Arthur, when he fell with mortal wounds in the Battle of Camuluan, to take him across the enchanted lake to Avalon to rest until Britain would rise again. The Ladies of Avalon represent connection to the old wisdom, healing of the right and good, and the preservation of secret knowledge.

The unique making process of these porcelain pendants allows for more detail in designs than other mediums. These designs are fired into the clay at 2200 degrees, so they will not peel or wear off. Each piece is surprisingly lightweight.

Chain option comes with a 2 mm flat link stainless steel chain of either 18 , 20 , 22 inch standard length or a 18 inch chain with an extension up to 4 inches ( 22 inch total ) in length for more flexibility and a lead free pewter accent bead. Wear them with or without bead!
