St. Patrick was the son of a prominent Roman family Britain. At he age of 16 he was kidnapped taken to Ireland. After years as a slave, Patrick escaped only to return to Ireland. He travelled across the country for the next 30 years preaching and baptising the Irish people. St Patrick used the three leaves and single stem of Ireland's shamrock flower to explain the Holy Trinity. Legend is that St. Patrick drove he snakes from Ireland!
The unique making process of these porcelain pendants allows for more detail in designs than other mediums. These designs are fired into the clay at 2200 degrees, so they will not peel or wear off. Each piece is surprisingly lightweight.
