Genesius was an actor and comedian martyred in the 3rd century. He routinely performed in plays that ridiculed Christianity. But the midst of a performance for the Emperor of Rome, Genesius experienced a radical spiritual transformation, and proclaimed a newfound faith in Christianity. Despite the Emperors fury, the actor embraced his conversion and chose to endure the torture rather than renounce it. He was beheaded for his faith.

The unique making process of these porcelain pendants allows for more detail in designs than other mediums. These designs are fired into the clay at 2200 degrees, so they will not peel or wear off. Each piece is surprisingly lightweight.
