The Jewel in the Lotus is also guiding light towards spiritual enlightenment. Meditation leads us to the answer. In yoga, the attainment of the highest spiritual energy is symbolised by a lotus growing out of the crown of one's head.

OM is supreme syllable and mother of all sound. OM is the mantra or mother of mantras spoken by the Great Goddess to bring the world into being. The Goddess used sound to create all things by speaking their names in her magic language.

Surrounding the OM is in Lotus, the symbol of knowledge, the knowledge that leads one out of the path of reincarnation to Nirvana. Emerging from the lotus is an eight pointed star representing the eight fold path of Buddhism. The eight fold path encourages right views, right intention, right speech, right livelihood, right effort, right mindfulness and right concentration.

Hand carved and Painted on a Black Stone with Flat Back

Approx. pendant size : 4.1 centimetre height x 4.1 centimetre width. Weight : 12 to 14 grams. Comes with an approx. 36 inch or 76.2 cm cord and a (lead free) pewter accent bead.
