Cheetahs are the fastest land mammals on the planet, capable of incredible bursts of speed (0 - 60 mph in 3 seconds). Vulnerable to hunting and habitat loss, fragmented populations remain in the Savannah of Africa and perhaps in Iran. The cheetahs diet includes springbok, impala, and young zebra; however, hunts result in a kill just half of the time. In ancient civilisations, the cheetah was kept as a hunting companion, let loose to stalk, kill, and retrieve prey.

The unique making process of these porcelain pendants allows for more detail in designs than other mediums. These designs are fired into the clay at 2200 degrees, so they will not peel or wear off. Each piece is surprisingly lightweight.
